What this package includes:
Presentation - You will receive a presentation of all the components of your project presented, which includes the investment for the project, the estimates from the trades for all the different tasks to be complete the project, the materials cost, and all miscellaneous expenses related to the project.
Fabric samples - All actual fabric samples for draperies, upholstery, and pillows will be presented for approval.
Floor samples - Actual flooring samples will be presented for approval
Tile samples - Tiles for the kitchen floor, backsplash, bathrooms, and tub and shower surrounds will be presented for approval.
Countertop samples - Actual countertop samples will be presented for approval.
